摘要
目的:观察神经导向因子Slit2在大鼠颅脑损伤后的表达变化,探讨针刺干预颅脑损伤后大鼠Slit2表达的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为针刺组、模型组、正常组,用改良Feeney打击法制成颅脑损伤模型,分别于损伤后48h、6d组取损伤局部脑组织,采用免疫组化法观察神经导向因子Slit2的表达变化,并进行统计学分析。结果:颅脑损伤后,模型组、针刺组颅脑损伤48h、6d后大鼠颅脑损伤脑组织中Slit2的表达均升高。与模型组相比较,针刺组Slit2表达显著升高,并有显著性差异(P<0.05)。针刺48h组与针刺6d组相比较,针刺48h组Slit2表达显著高于针刺6d组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:成年SD大鼠颅脑损伤后,针刺治疗对大鼠颅脑损伤后轴突导向因子Slit2表达具有明显的促进作用,并呈一定规律性,提示Slit2与颅脑损伤脑组织的修复相关。
Objective:To observe axon guidance cue Slit2 experience changes during the craniocerebral injury(CCI) of grown raws,and to dicuss the protective mechanism of acupuncture in the craniocerebral injury(CCI).Methods:Rats were divided into three groups randomly:model group,blank group,and acupuncture group.The craniocerebral injury rat model was made by using a modified Feeney method.We would take the cerebral tissues on 48h and 6d after injury.The expression of Slit2 were detected through immunohistochemistry methods and the change was qlso analyzed.Results:After CCI rat model be made successfully,the Slit2 content of local injury tissues were increased significantly in Model Group and Acupuncture Group on the 48h and 6 day after craniocerebral injury(CCI).Compared with the model Group,statistical significance were found in the Acupuncture Group(P〈0.05).The Slit2 content of local injury tissues were higher slightly in Acupuncture Group on the 48h than on the 6d(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The electroacupuncture can obviously increase the expression of Slit2 during the craniocerebral injury(CCI) of grown raws with regularity,indicating the correlation between Slit2 and cerebral tissues repair after the craniocerebral injury(CCI).
