摘要
目的:研究酸枣仁汤对血虚小鼠睡眠质和量的影响。方法:采用综合放血法建立血虚小鼠模型,1.2g/mL酸枣仁汤灌胃2周,利用小鼠睡眠生物解析系统,记录脑电波和肌电波,分析睡眠觉醒量、不同持续时间睡眠觉醒波出现次数和睡眠时相转换等参数。结果:与对照组比较,在给药结束后第1d,酸枣仁汤减少模型小鼠白天的觉醒总量,增加白天的非快动眼睡眠(NREM)睡眠总量,减少昼夜觉醒与NREM睡眠之间转换次数,改变持续时间为60-110S,120-230S和240-470S睡眠觉醒波出现次数,至给药结束第3d仍减少觉醒总量和增加NREM睡眠总量。结论:酸枣仁汤通过增加白天的NREM睡眠量和减少觉醒和睡眠之间转换次数来治疗血虚失眠。
Objective:To study the quality and time related influence of Suanzaoren Decoction on sleeping of blood deficiency mouse.Methods:To build blood deficiency mouse model by comprehensive bleeding method,1.2 g?mL-1 intragastric administration of Suanzaoren Decoction for 2 weeks.By using mouse sleeping analysis system,to record electroencephalogram and electromyogram,to analyze sleeping and awaking time in a day,times of sleeping and awaking waves in different time duration,and times of sleeping and awaking switchover.Results:Comparing the results of experimental group at 1 day after administration with control group,Suanzaoren Decoction reduced the model's total daytime awaking time,and increase the model's daytime total NREM sleeping time,and reduced the model's daytime and nighttime NREM sleeping and awaking switchover times.The formula changes sleeping and awaking waves appearing times at time intervals 60-110 S,120-230 S and 240-470 S.Suanzaoren Decoction reduced total awaking time of blood deficiency mouse till 3 days after administration and increases total sleeping time.Conclusion:Suanzaoren Decoction can treat blood deficiency insomnia by increasing NREM sleeping time,reducing awaking time,and reducing switchover times of awaking and sleeping.
