加味当归补血汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠治疗作用的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 结合肾脏病病机特点及多年临床经验总结出健脾益肾、活血养阴治疗原则指导下应用加味当归补血汤进行阿霉素肾病大鼠实验研究,了解加味当归补血汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠治疗机制、作用靶点及疗效,应用分子生物学方法验证中医药对肾脏病治疗的确切疗效。 The chronic renal disease(CKD)can seriously damage the health of people.More and more people had been diagnosed CKD every year in the world.The traditional Chinese medicine TCM has the special treatment to cure CKD.CKD is one of complicated disease which not only including asthenia and sthenia,but also including blood stasis and humid heat.With the time passing,CKD will be the syndrome of deficiency of qi or the syndrome of yin asthenia.So we can get a better effect by treating the syndrome of deficiency of qi or the syndrome of yin asthenia.At the same time,we must pay attention to heal the syndrome of blood stasis and humid heat which could affect the prognosis of CKD.We analyze the mechanism of the chronic renal disease and use the formulae of Jiawei Danggui Buxue Decoction at experimental study to explcit the effect target by the way of molecular biology.
