摘要 开是一种由多因素引起的错畸形,是临床上矫治难度最大的错畸形之一。种植支抗以其体积小、患者使用舒适和低成本等优点,目前已被越来越多地应用于正畸临床治疗。对于因牙槽骨过高或后牙过度萌出的开患者,种植体可以提供绝对支抗直立并压低磨牙,对于纠正开以及改善患者的侧貌有良好的治疗效果,而且方法简单、不影响邻牙,也不存在患者依从性的问题。本文就种植支抗治疗开的适应证、诊断方法、临床应用、负面影响和疗效稳定性作一综述。 Open bite is a malocclusion deformity caused by several factors.It is one of the most challenging malocclusion in clinics for orthodontists.Implants have been increasingly used in orthodontic practice because of its small size,patient comfort,low cost,and so on.Implants can provide absolutely anchorage for molar upright and intrusion,correcting open bite and improving the profile of patients with the vertical dentoalveolar excess in molar area or excessive eruption of molars.This method is simple,without impaction of adjacent teeth and patient compliance.The aim of this review is to present and discuss the indications and diagnostic methods,clinical applications,adverse effects and stability of correcting open bite with implants.
