尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物和p38促丝裂原激活蛋白激酶信号通路与头颈肿瘤侵袭

摘要 细胞外基质降解是肿瘤侵袭的前提,尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)在其降解过程中发挥着重要的作用,p38促丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路可通过对uPA的调节参与肿瘤的侵袭。本文就uPA和p38MAPK信号通路在头颈肿瘤的发生和侵袭中的作用作一综述。 The degradation of extracellular matrix is an important prerequisite in tumor oncogenesis and invasion. Studies have shown that urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA) plays an important role in the degradation of extracellular matrix.It has been suggested that p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) signaling pathway can be involved in tumor invasion by regulating uPA expression.In this article,the research of p38MAPK-signaling pathway and uPA in the invasion of head and neck tumor are reviewed.
