开放手术与微创经皮肾镜穿刺取石治疗复杂肾结石的临床分析

Open surgery and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment of complicated renal stone puncture clinical analysis

目的对比分析复杂肾结石开放手术与微创经皮肾穿刺取石术的安拿性和有效性。方法2002年1月～2010年10月收治的386例复杂肾结石患者，随机分成两组，甲组193例用开放手术，乙组193例行微创经皮肾穿刺取石术。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量、输血率、手术次数、结石清除率、治疗总费用等均有显著统计学差异。结论开放手术和微创经皮肾穿刺取石术都是治疗复杂肾结石的有效方法，在基层医院，开放手术是治疗复杂肾结石的合适有效的、安全的方法。

Objectives To compare the analysis of complex kidney stones open surgery and minimally invasive percutaneous lithotomy safety and effectiveness. Methods January 2002 - 2010 admitted in October of 386 patients with complex kidney stones were randomly divided into two groups, Group A 193 patients with open surgery, minimally invasive routine,Group B 193 percutaneous lithotomy. Results The operative time, blood loss, transfusion rate, number of operations, stone clearance rate, the total cost of such treatment were, statistically significant differences. Conclusions The complex kidney stones, kidney stones, especially the non -water complex, open surgery is appropriate and effective and safe method.
