乙酰肝素酶的病理生理作用及其在肾脏病的研究进展
摘要
乙酰肝素酶系一种内源性葡糖苷酸内切酶，能特异性地水解硫酸乙酰肝素侧链，调节细胞外基质降解，并释放多种与硫酸乙酰肝素侧链结合的生物活性因子，参与多种生理和病理过程，并在肾小腺疾病特别是在白尿的发生发展过程中发挥重要病理作用。
