西罗莫司在肾脏病中的应用新知

摘要西罗莫司主要应用于器官移植，近年来发现在原发性肾小球疾病、继发性肾小球疾病、非糖尿病慢性肾脏病、常染色体显性遗传多囊肾疚病和肾细胞癌等疾病均具有疗效好、不良反应轻等特点。
