摘要
足细胞标记蛋白(podocalyxin)作为足突顶端质膜的主要构成部分,是足突顶膜区主要的带负电荷的唾液酸蛋白,参与维持足细胞的正常结构和滤过屏障。糖尿病肾病早期以肾脏肥大和肾小球高滤过为特征。在肾小球足细胞的检测中,podocalyxin作为最常用的标记蛋白之一,对监测肾小球疾病的发生和发展起到极其重要的作用。深入研究podocalyxin对糖尿病肾小球病变的早期诊断及治疗有着重要的指导意义。
As a major component of the apical plasma membrane of podocyte and a major sialoprotein of the apical domain of foot process,podocalyxin participates in maintaining the normal structure and filtration function of podocyte.Glomerular hypertrophy and hyperfiltration are characteristics of early diabetic nephropathy.In the detection of podocyte,podocalyxin is probably the most frequently used marker protein,which plays an important role in monitoring the development of glomerular lesion.Hence,further study of podocalyxin will be significant to the early diagnostic and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
