摘要
腺苷酸环化酶(adenylyl cyclase,AC)作为G蛋白偶联受体(G protein-coupled receptors,GPCRs)下游的关键信号分子,参与了多种生理和病理进程。由于存在多种AC亚型(AC1~9及sAC),且各个膜型AC亚型在组织及不同细胞膜微区(脂筏)的分布、定位、活性及表达水平不尽一致,目前对AC的研究越来越深入。本文将对各个AC亚型的分布、定位及调控特性的研究进展作一综述。
Adenylyl cyclase(AC),as a key downstream signaling molecule of G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs),is involved in a variety of potential physiological and pathological processes.So far,at least nine membrane isoforms(AC1-9) and a soluble adenylyl cyclase(sAC) have been cloned and characterized in mammals,thus the research of AC isoforms has become increasingly complex.In this article we will review the research progress on the distribution,location,activity,and expression of AC isoforms in different tissues and cellular membrane microdomains(lipid rafts).
