摘要 Krüppel样因子4(Krüppel-like factor4,KLF4)是含有3个锌指结构的转录因子,在细胞微环境中参与不同的细胞信号网络,调控靶基因的转录活化或抑制,与细胞的增殖分化、诱导型多能干细胞的生成有关,具有癌基因和抑癌基因、促炎和抗炎等双向调节功能。KLF4的表达与肿瘤的预后相关,可作为肿瘤靶向治疗的一个靶位点。本文就KLF4的生化结构、生理调节功能及其在肿瘤中的作用作一综述。 Krüppel-like factor 4（KLF4） is a transcription factor with three zincfinger motifs,and is involves in signaling transduction in different cells.KLF4 participates in the regulation of gene transcription which is related to cell proliferation,differentiation and the generation of the inducible pluripotent stem cells.It has two-way functions of oncogene or tumor suppression,pro-or anti-inflammation.The expression of KLF4 is related to the prognosis of cancers and it may be a potential target for cancer therapy.This article will review its biological structure,functions,and the role in tumors.
