摘要
以新余钢铁公司2×360 m2烧结机工程总承包项目的施工管理实践为案例,剖析了项目施工管理成功的主要因素,并就EPC工程总承包项目施工管理的一些管理特点或要点,提出了应注意的一些事项。
Taking for example the construction management practice of Xinyu steel 2 × 360 m2 sinter machine EPC project, the main factors for successful project construction management were analyzed, and in view of some management characteristics or main points of EPC project construction management,some notices were put forward.
