摘要
目的:探讨α-硫辛酸、前列腺素E对糖尿病膀胱病变大鼠线粒体氧自由基损伤的保护作用。方法:空白对照组注射生理盐水;阳性对照组采用:链脲佐菌素;链脲佐菌素+α-硫辛酸组;链脲佐菌素+维生素E(15 mg/kg);链脲佐菌素+维生素E(60 mg/kg);糖尿病+α-硫辛酸组+维生素E,试验第8周取大鼠提取线粒体测量MDA及SDH。各组大鼠均为10只。结果:小剂量维生素组大鼠线粒体MDA和SDH与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);大剂量维生素E组大鼠线粒体MDA和SDH与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小剂量维生素E组+α-硫辛酸联合应用保护线粒体,MDA=1.53±0.09,与α-硫辛酸组的(2.96±0.10)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸可增强维生素E的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate a-lipoic acid, Vitamin E diabetic rats with lesions of oxygen free radicals of bladder injury. Methods: Control: normal saline; positive control group, streptozotocin; STZ+a-lipoic acid group; STZ+Vitamin E (15 mg/kg); streptozotocin+Vitamin E (60 mg/kg); diabetes+a-lipoic acid group and vitamin E, the first 8 weeks of test ex- tract mitochondria from rat measuring MDA and SDH. There were 10 rats in each group. Results: Low dose Vitamin E of MDA and SDH rats compared with control group were not significantly different (P〉0.05); high dose Vitamin E group and SDH mitochondrial MDA compared with the control group there was significant difference (P〈0.05). Low dose Vitamin E group+a-lipoic acid combined with protection of mitoehondrial, MDA=l.53±0.09, and a-lipoic acid group compared with (2.96±0.10) significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: a-lipoic acid enhances the antioxidant effect of Vitamin E.
