摘要 目的:建立了高效液相色谱法测定头孢呋辛酯片的含量。方法:采用ZorbaxSB-C18,色谱柱(4.6mmxl50.0mm,5μm),流动相为0.2mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液-甲醇(62:38),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为278nm。结果:在0.15-0.34mg/ml的范围内,浓度与峰面积之间呈现良好线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),头孢呋辛酯片含量为标示量97.59%-99.28%,平均回收率为100.4%(n=9)。结论:该法简便、准确、专属,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 Objective:To establish determination on the content of Cefuroxime Axetil Tablet by HPLC. Methods: The Zor bax SB-C18 column (4.6 mmxl50.0 mm, 5μm) was used, 0.2 mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution : methanol (62: 38) as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, at detection wavelength 278 nm. Results: The linearity of peak area was good when the injected quantity of Cefuroxime Axetil was in the range of 0.15N0.34 mg/mL (r=0.999 9, n=5). The recovery of the method was 100.4%, the content of Cefuroxime Axetil Tablet was 97.59%-99.28%. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the method is soecific, accurate and convenient, and can be used for aualitv control of the Cefuroxime Axetil Tablet.
