目的:探讨高频超声对阴囊结石诊断的价值。方法:回顾分析近两年诊断为阴囊结石并随访确诊的17例患者的超声表现,与X线检查对比,总结超声诊断阴囊结石的优点及作用。结果:高频超声诊断阴囊结石简便、直观、特异性强。结论:高频超声是检查阴囊结石的首选检查方法,且能为临床医生提供诊断依据。

Objective： To discuss the value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of serotal calculus. Methods： To analyze seventeen patients who were diagnosed scrotal calculus and compared with X ray findings. Summarizing the advan tages of high frequency ultrasound in the scrotal calculus. Results： High frequency ultrasound is simple or intuitional and strong specificity in diagnosis of scrotal calculus.
