摘要
我院门诊一站式服务人员应用计算机网络预约挂号系统为门诊患者提供预约挂号服务,提高预约挂号的效率。通过一年的试用,预约挂号服务的效率倍速提高,减少了差错、纰漏等问题,从一定程度上改进了门诊服务的质量。
Using one step desk applying register appointment booking system to provide register appointment is a practical means of out patient service, improve efficiency of register appointment. After a year of probation, the register appointment service has improved the quality of service by speeding up in efficiency and reduced errors.
