重症监护病房护士职业危害发生现状及担心程度的调查

Investigation in occurrence and worry degree of occupational hazards among nurses in intensive care units

目的:通过评估沈阳市重症监护病房护士职业危害发生状况及担心程度,为减少重症监护病房护士职业危害发生并积极应对及有效培训提供理论依据。方法:采用自编的调查问卷,对沈阳市三级甲等医院211名重症监护病房护士进行评估与调查。结果:重症监护病房护士职业危害发生情况及担心程度以人体工效学、心理社会和组织因素(如频繁的倒班、不适当的搬运患者、工作压力等)得分最高分别为(13.080±3.535)和(13.080±3.355),重症监护病房护士的年龄、职称、工作年限对职业危害发生情况有影响。结论:护理管理者应重视重症监护病房护士职业危害的发生情况,掌握重症监护病房护士对职业危害的担心程度,加强重症监护病房护士的培训,采取积极应对的防护措施预防职业危害发生。

Objective： To understand the occurrence and worry degree of occupational hazards among nurses in intensive care units. Methods： Totally 211 ICU nurses in upper first class hospital in Shenyang were investigated by general infor mation questionnaire, questionnaire of occurrence and worry degree of occupational hazards of ICU nurses. Results： Er gonomic, psychosoeial and organizational hazards （the shift duty of frequent,the transportation patients of improperiety,the pressure of work） were the three highest of the overall occurrence and worry degree of occupational hazards of ICU nurses. Conclusion： The nursing managers should pay more attention to occurrence of occupational hazards of ICU nurses, to strengthen training and adopt positive coping actions.
