非急性心肌梗死所致心源性休克29例治疗体会

The non-acute myocardial infarction caused by cardiogenic shock in 29 cases treatment experience

为了探讨非急性心肌梗死所致心源性休克的治疗。总结我院自2008年1月～2010年5月对29例非急性心肌梗死所引起的心源性休克的治疗进行回顾分析。说明非急性心肌梗死所致的心源性休克病情复杂,死亡率极高,治疗必须制定综合的、全面的、个体化的治疗方案,才能提高抢救成功率。

To investigate the non acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock caused by the treatment. In our hos pital from January 2008 to May 2010 since the non acute myocardial infarction in 29 cases of cardiogenic shock caused by the treatment were analyzed retrospectively. The non acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock due to the disease complex and extremely high mortality rate, treatment must develop an integrated, comprehensive, individualized treatment programs in order to improve the survival rate.
