目前高校学生资助工作中存在诸多学生道德失范问题。针对高校资助工作中学生存在的道德失范现象,深入分析了问题形成的原因;在如何实现资助资金的实效性和学生资助工作的"育人"功能等方面,提出了如何引导大学生正确地看待资助工作,并采用7-1-1-1制、"隐形资助"等形式的资助措施,解决高校资助工作中学生存在的道德失范问题。

There are some problems of morality deficiency in the job for sponsoring students in colleges and universities presently According to the phenomena and reasons, this article is to put forward some measures about how to conduct students to look at the sponsoring job, including adopting 7-1-1-1 system and intangible sponsoring so that the funds can be put into real use.
