中医药治疗肝病内毒素血症的研究进展

Advances in Traditional Chinese Medical Treatment of Endotoxemia in Patients with Hepatic Disease

通过系统的文献整理和分析,从病因病机的认识、临床研究、实验研究等方面概括了近几年来中医药防治肝病内毒素血症的研究进展,认为中医药对本病具有确切的疗效和独特的优势。同时提出以往研究中存在的问题和今后应重点解决的问题,以期为进一步提高本病的疗效提供新的思路和方法。

Based on a comprehensive search of literature of clinical and experimental studies, we systematieally review recent advances in traditional Chinese medical treatment of endotoxemia in patients with hepatic disease. Various traditional Chinese therapeutic interventions have been shown to be effeetive in this patient group. However, the efficacy still needs to be further confirmed in larger randomized controlled studies.
