摘要
目的:观察加味消黄二号方治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:60例慢性乙肝患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组口服加味消黄二号方口服液;对照组口服大黄虫丸治疗,治疗12周后评估临床疗效、检测肝功能、肝纤维化指标及彩超变化。结果:(1)两组综合疗效比较:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为56.66%;两组总有效率相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)肝功能(Alb升高、ALT、AST、TBIL降低)方面:两组治疗前后均有明显改善(P<0.01),但与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。(3)肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、IV-C)两组治疗前后有改善(P<0.01),但治疗组疗效优于对照组差异明显(△P<0.01)。(4)彩超声像图改善:脾脏肿大恢复治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味消黄二号方具有良好的保肝抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Xiaohuang Prescription - Ⅱ ( MXP - Ⅱ ) treating fibrosis patients with Chrinie Hepatitis B (CHB). Methods : 60 cases of CHB were randomly divided into the treatmentgroup and the control group, treated respectively with the oral solution of MXP - Ⅱ and Dahuang Zhechong Pill for 12 weeks. After the treatment, the total curative effect was evaluated and the liver function indexes, liver fibrosis indexes and Color Doppler ultrasound for liver and spleen of all patients were determined. Results : ( 1 ) The difference in total curative effect between the two groups :The total effective rate in treatment group was 90%, which was significant higher than that (56.66%) in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). ( 2 ) Liver function ( ALB increasing ; ALT,AST,Tbildecreaing) : There was significant improvement in the two groups before and after treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; and the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P 〈0.01 ). (3) Liver fibrosis indexes( HA,LN,IV- C) : There was significant improve- ment in the two groups before and after treatment (P 〈0.01 ) ,and the treatment group was superior to that of the control group too(P 〈 0.01 ). (4) Hepatosplenic ultrasonic results: The recovery of spleen enlargement in the treatment group was significant than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : MXP - Ⅱ had good effects on the hepatopretection and anti -hepatic fibrosis.
