摘要
消渴一证古以"多饮、多尿、多食、身体消瘦或尿浊、尿有甜味"为特征,包括现代所指的糖尿病、尿崩症及部分甲亢症等在内,中医学对本病的认识渊源流长,历史悠久,早在二千多年前已有相关记载,至今形成了较完善的理论体系。本文通过查阅大量古文献,探讨有关消渴脉学的认识,从消渴脉之象;消渴之脉察病因、定病位;消渴之脉审病机;消渴之脉测预后;依消渴之脉辨证施治等方面进行总结。希望对消渴临床诊疗有所帮助。
Wasting- thirst(XiaoKe) is a symptom complex which is characterized by containing symptoms of poly- dipsia, polyurla, polyphagla, athrepsia, turbid urine and glucose in urine, etc. This symptom complex can cover modem diseases such as diabetes, insipidus and some sort of hyperthyreosis. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has acknowledged this symptom complex long before, and records can be dated from 2 thousand years ago. Till now, TCM has formed a comparatively well theory of diagnosis and treatments. Back of this article, it includes large amount of work in searching texts of ancient Traditional Chinese medicine. The article is concluding XiaoKe pulse - taking, a kind of diagnostic method which can not only provide information of etiological factor and the focus of XiaoKe, but also indicate the pathogene- sis, prognosis and medical treatment orientation. It can be helpful in clinical diagnosis and treatment of Xiaoke.
