运用五积方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Instant Powder of Wujifang Treating Non-Alcoholic Steato Hepatitis

目的:观察五积方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:59例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗31例,采用潘智敏教授五积方治疗;对照组28例,采用中成药荷丹片进行治疗;疗程均为3个月。结果:五积方能改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者的肝功能,降酶效果优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组及对照组均可降低血脂TG、CHOL,两组治疗前后有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组降脂效果相当(P>0.05);治疗组改善患者症状方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后影像学显示肝细胞脂肪浸润明显好于治疗前,有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善肝细胞脂肪浸润方面优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论;五积方可改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者的肝功能,降低血脂,改善症状及减轻肝细胞脂肪浸润。

Objective：Observing the clinical effect of Instant Powder of Wujifang in treating Non -Alcoholic Steato Hepatitis （NASH）. Method：59 cases with NASH were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. Thirty - one patients in the experimental group received Instant Powder of Wujifang by Pan Zhimin for 3 months, twentyeight patients in the control group received Chinese formulated medicine Hedan Tablets for 3 months. Results ： Instant Powder of Wujffang can improve hepatic function of patients with NASH. For reducing liver enzyme, the clinical effect of the treatment group received Instant Powder of Wujffang is superior to the control group, and the differences were statisti- cally significant（ P 〈0.05） ; Both experimental group and control group can reduce TG, CHOL, and comparison before and after every group treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01, ）. The effect of reducing TG, CHOL of experimental group was no statistics difference with control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. the experimental group was supe- rior than control group for improving chnical symptom （P 〈0.05）. the experimental group showed its images of fatty in- ~1tratlon of li,liver cells was s/gn/fieantly lower than before （P 〈 0. 05 ）, the experimental group showed its images of fatty infiltration of liver cells were better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Decoction of Instant Powder of Wujlfang and Hedan Tablets for NASH patients have significant reduction in improving hepatic function, reducing blood lipids （TG, CHOL ） levels ,decreasirlg clinical symptoms, and alleviating fatty infiltration of liver cells.
