灯盏花素注射液对腹膜透析患者腹膜转运效能的影响

Effects of Breviscapine Injection on Peritoneal Dialysis Efficacy

目的:探讨灯盏花素注射液对31例腹膜透析患者腹膜转运效能的影响。方法:采用自身对照的研究方法,选取31例尿毒症终末期、持续不卧床腹膜透析治疗且腹膜透析效能处于低于平均转运水平以下的患者,静脉输注灯盏花素注射液20～30天,对比用药前后腹膜透析的各项指标变化情况。结果:用药后腹膜肌酐D/P值较用药前增加,注射后2、4h,葡萄糖D/D0比值在两时间点均有不同程度下降,腹膜透析超滤量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:灯盏花素注射液能够增强持续不卧床腹膜透析患者对于肌酐的清除率,同时可明显降低葡萄糖的重吸收,提高腹膜转运效能。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Breviscapine injection on peritoneal dialysis efficacy. Methods：A retrospective cohort study was used and data were collected in 31 PD patients form 125 PD patients based on the clinic records from 2006 to 2009. Breviscapine injection for 20 -30d, contrasting the PET change. Results：Breviseapine reduced the ereatinine of Peritoneum humerus, and also decrease the glucose at 2 and 4 hours after injection. Conclusions ： Breviseapine can improve the clearance rate of creatinine of Peritoneum and reduee the absorbing of glucose.
