With the problems of energy crisis and worsening environment,it is crucial to prompt the building energy-saving technologies,reduce the building energy consumption and accelerate the pace of building energy efficiency.The paper mainly introduces the UK residential solar photovoltaic and wind power technology in building and analyzes the comprehensive effects of building energy-saving technologies and government incentive policies on building energy saving.This paper also offers practical suggestions and strategies by comparing the status of UK with the current situation of building energy saving in China.The study provides a theoretical basis and empirical research for the formulation and implementation of the incentive policies on building energy saving.
