摘要
本文分析了黑龙江省作为农业大省在全国的地位 ,以及支持这一地位的自然条件和自然资源基础 。
It has been analysed that the position of Heilongjiang as a important agriculture province in China and the foundation of the natural conditions and resources.It has also been pointed out that during the process to bring out the strategy of the agricultural industrialization good circumstances has been providing for the development of agricultural investment fund in the province.
