摘要
分析了晶体三极管的温度特性，给出了功放电路热稳定的条件，对功放电路的设计具有重要参考价值．
The temperature characteristics of transistor triode were analyzed and the conditions of thermostibility of amplifier circuit were supplied, which have very important referential values to the design of amplifier circuit.
