摘要
在对一些回转体薄壁类零件加工时,需要以内孔为基准进行定位,然后加工其它部位的孔和面,由于零件壁薄,所以在加工中很易产生变形。动力驱动内涨芯轴夹具对于回转类壁厚薄的零件能减少装夹时间3以上,提高加工效率一倍以上,对减少装夹变形提高加工精度有很好的作用,具有推广应用价值。
