摘要
高职院校学生素质参差不齐,思想状况复杂,这给高职院校的班主任工作带来了许多新的问题和挑战。班主任必须不断提高自身素养,自觉转变教育观念,与学生建立融洽的师生关系,才能促进学生的身心健康成长,利于学生工作的顺利开展。
The varying quality of vocational college students, thought the situation complex, class teacher to vocational institutions brought many new problems and challenges. Teacher must constantly improve their own literacy, and consciously changing concepts of education, teachers and students to establish a harmonious relationship in order to promote the healthy development of students, help students to work smoothly.
