未成年劳动教养人员的违法犯罪行为说明其个体社会化是不完全的。对未教人员的再社会化是劳动教养工作的核心内容。未教人员个体社会化过程存在着来自家庭、学校、大众传播媒介和同辈群体等方面的挑战,如何更好地实现未教人员的个体社会化是摆在我们劳教民警面前的一个重大课题。
