30年前，爲了彌補内地舆香港有關公證證明制度之間的差異，中國委讬公證人制度得以建立。30年後的今天，實踐已經充分證明了中國委讬公證人制度的功能和價值。一方面，中國委讬公證人制度的建立爲香港居民回内地處理有關民商事法律事務提供了一條便捷、高效的法律服務途徑，切實保障了内地舆香港人员經贸往來的依法、有序進行，切實提高了兩地間民商事交往的可靠性和安全性。
