关于留置导尿患者护理需求的调查

Investigation on nursing needs for patients with urethral catheterization

目的了解留置导尿患者在心理支持、护理服务需求、健康教育等方面的护理需求,提供有针对性的护理措施。方法随机对51名留置导尿患者进行问卷调查。结果留置导尿患者护理需求呈现多样化趋势,对技术安全、心理舒适、健康教育的需求较高。结论护士应针对不同留置导尿患者提供不同的护理服务,通过护理干预,减少患者痛苦,提高患者满意度。

Objectve To study the needs of patients with indwelling catheter about psychological support, and to provide targeted nursing. Methods 51 patients with indwelling catheter were randomly surveyed by questionnaire. Results The needs patients with indwelling catheter were diversified. There were high demand in technology security, psychological comfort and health education . Conclusion The nurses should provid different kinds of care service for different patients, reduce the suffering of patients and increase their satisfaction.
