摘要
探究了知识经济时代高等教育的功能， 分析了高等教育功能释放的阻滞机制， 提出了促使高等教育功能有效释放的社会机制。
The function of high education in knowledge economy times is researched. The retardation mechanism on function release of high education is analyzed. The social mechanism on effective release of high education function is put forward.
