摘要
提出了高等教育要面向现代化的三个理论依据： 教育产生于社会生产劳动；高等教育受生产力发展水平的制约； 高等教育受社会政治经济的制约。
Three theoretical bases on facing modernizations for high education are given.They are: high education emerges from social productive labor, restricted by developing level of productive force and social political economy.
