摘要
目的:通过对患者的临床症状和特异性指标进行计算,得到治疗参数,控制治疗信号的幅值和频率,从而实现个体化的治疗。方法:用Access数据库技术对患者信息和治疗波形进行管理,以LabVIEW8.6为开发平台,设计治疗波形发生器,并利用LabSQL工具包访问数据库,设计骨质疏松治疗仪的软件界面。结果:对患者基本信息进行登记,并将患者的问诊记录和骨质疏松特异性指标输入数据库,进行计算,判断骨质疏松发生的程度,得出对应的治疗参数,设置相应的治疗模式。结论:本软件系统可对患者的各项信息进行登记和存储,实现对患者病情的诊断和治疗,经临床应用,对不同程度的骨质疏松症有效地选择治疗模式进行控制。
Objective:To calculate the symptoms and specificity index of the patients and get the treatment parameters:the amplitude and frequency of the treatment signals to achieve individualized treatment.Methods:The patientinformation and treatment waveforms were processed with database technology Access and the treatment waveform generator was designed based on LabVIEW8.6. LabSQL was used for databasing Access and then the interface of the osteoporosis therapeutic software was desgined. Results: The basic information of patients sas registered and the interrogation records and the osteoporosis specificity index were input into the database for judgment of osteoporosis occurrence and achieving the corresponding parameters. Consequently,the treatment model was established.Conclusion:This software system can be used for registration and storage of the patient information to help diagnosis and treatment,in clinical practice. It can effectively choose treatment model for different degrees of osteoporosis.
