土地承包过程中农民法律意识研究——基于对江西省500户农民调查数据的分析

Study on the Legal Consciousness of Peasant in the Land Contracting Process

在论述农民对土地承包及其相关法律政策了解状况的基础上,阐述了农民对土地承包及其相关法律政策理解的误区,剖析了土地承包过程中常见的违法现象,建议把土地承包的相关法律法规宣传与当前农村工作实践相结合,大力开展以学法、知法、守法、用法为内容的宣传教育活动,提高广大农民的土地法制观念和法制意识。

Based on the analysis of the status of farmers＇ consciousness of land contracting and relevant laws,farmers misunderstandings of relevant laws and policies were expounded.The common illegitimacy phenomena in land contracting were discussed.It was suggested to combine the relevant law publication of land contract with current countryside work practice,to carry out the education activity with learning law,knowing law,obeying law and using law as contents so as to improve farmers＇ consciousness of land contract.
