可持续农庄规划途径探析

Planning Approaches of Sustainable Agricultural Village

笔者提出可持续农庄的理念,将其主要经济模式概括为以可持续农业以及粮食生产加工为中心,适当发展生态农业观光旅游,通过发展具有卫星城镇意义的可持续农庄所组成的城市外部区域网络,试图增强农业区域的吸引力,并在乡村与城市之间建立起更为有效的联系。笔者以河北省保定市大汲店可持续农庄项目为例,阐述了农庄的整体设计思路,并分析了将农庄作为整体系统的规划设计策略,包括社会、生态、经济等维度,具体表现在发展可持续农业,建立多种循环系统,实现能源使用的独立,提供坚实的公共服务系统,强化农庄的社区意义等方面,期望通过对可持续农庄规划的探讨,实现包括城市与乡村在内的整体环境系统的可持续发展,为社会主义新农村建设的完善指明方向。

The concept of sustainable agricultural village was proposed in this study,and its major economic mode was summarized as： with sustainable agriculture,grain production and processing as the core content,to enhance the attraction of agricultural regions,and establish more effective connection between rural and urban areas by properly developing eco-agricultural sightseeing and a regional network in the outskirts of a city comprised by satellite sustainable agricultural villages.Dajidian Sustainable Agricultural Farm in Baoding City,Hebei Province was taken for an example to elaborate design concepts of the farm,and analyze planning strategies of the farm as an integrated system,including social,ecological and economic dimensions,which are specifically demonstrated as： the development of sustainable agriculture,the establishment of diversified circulation system,the independence of energy utilization,the soundness of public service system,the improvement of agricultural villages as communities.Through studying the planning of sustainable agricultural villages,this research aimed at realizing the sustainable development of overall environment system including both cities and rural areas,and guiding the improvement of the new socialist countryside.
