新形势下乡村旅游发展模式创新研究

Research on Innovation of Rural Tourism Development Mode under New Situation

分析了乡村旅游发展过程中出现的问题,指出乡村旅游发展的困境集中体现在旅游产品的老龄化、同质化、初级化,进一步分析了乡村旅游困境的根源,强调了旅游资源的相似性与相对稳定性、开发主体的分散性与非专业性、产业要素的约束性与不可替代性3个方面,在此基础上探讨了破解乡村旅游发展困境的创新战略,指出创新是推进乡村旅游转型升级的关键,而推进农民创新能力建设、培育创新农业和特色村镇、探索乡村旅游合作社运作模式、依托龙头企业与农业园区、推进土地流转和旅游用地改革、引进大型企业开发新型项目是乡村旅游创新的主要任务。

Through analysis on problems emerging during rural tourism development,the paper pointed out that the predicament of rural tourism development lied in aging,homogenization and initialization of tourist products.Then,it further analyzed reasons causing such predicament,and emphasized three aspects which were similarity and relative stability of tourist resources,dispersiveness and non-professionalization of development subjects,restriction and substitutability of industrial factors.On this basis,it discussed innovative strategies to solve these problems,and pointed out that innovation was the key to promote transformation and upgrading of rural tourism.The major tasks of rural tourism innovation were promoting villagers＇ innovative ability construction,building innovative agriculture and characteristic villages,exploring operation model of rural tourism cooperation,relying on leading enterprises and agricultural park,pushing land transfer and tourist land reform,and introducing large enterprises to development new programs.
