摘要
以新一轮安徽农村综合改革为背景,根据实地调查资料,梳理目前农村综合改革中存在的典型问题,探究影响农村综合改革实效性的内在动因,建构实施深化改革的对策举措。
Taking a new round of Anhui overall rural reform as the background and the field survey information,some typical currently existed problems in the reform were put forward and the inner motivations about the effectiveness of the overall rural reform were explored in order to construct the comprehensive reform of the implementation of policy measures.
