家电下乡政策对农村居民消费影响分析——基于经验数据的实证分析

Influence of the Policy of Household Appliances to the Countryside on the Consumption of Rural Residents

通过分析了影响家电下乡产品销售额的影响因素,通过计量经济模型检验了"家电下乡"政策是否促使农村居民消费改变。检验结果表明,实行"家电下乡"政策后,农民生活消费同比增加了11.69%,但生活消费的收入弹性并没有变化。在此基础上为扩大农村居民消费,提出了建立和健全农村社会保障体系、加大对农村的投资、倡导与市场经济相适应的新型消费观念等对策。

Based on the analysis of influential factors to the sales volume of household appliances to the countryside and economtric model,the question of whether the policy of household appliances to the countryside changed farmers＇ consumption was expounded.Test results suggested that after carrying out the policy,farmers life consumption increased 11.69% than that in the same period the year before.But the income elasticity coefficient of demand hadn＇t changed.In order to expand rural residents consumption,it was suggested to build and perfect a full countryside insurance system,to increase investment and promote new consumption ideas which was adapt to the market economy.
