摘要
[目的]分析聚乙二醇(PEG)浸老化种子对茎瘤芥幼苗株高的影响。[方法]使用不同浓度PEG 6000(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%),以不同处理时间(4、8、12、16、20、24 h)浸茎瘤芥老化种子后,测量其幼苗株高。[结果]与对照相比,5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%PEG 6000以不同处理时间,浸茎瘤芥老化种子后,其幼苗株高均显著增加(P<0.05)。[结论]25%PEG 6000浸茎瘤芥老化种子12 h,其幼苗株高最高。
[Objective] The aim was to analyze the effect of soaking aged seeds in PEG on the plant height of tumorous stem mustard seedling.[Method] After soaking the aged seeds of tumorous stem mustard in different concentrations of PEG6000(5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30% and 35%) for 4,8,12,16,20 and 24 hours,the plant heights were determined.[Result] In contrast with the control,plant heights of tumorous stem mustard seedling all increased remarkably except soaking aged seeds in 35%PEG(P0.05).[Conclusion] The plant height of tumorous stem mustard seedling whose aged seeds were soaked in 25% PEG 6000 for 12 hours was the highest among all treatments.
