摘要
依据"培训"和"发展"观及"行动研究"理论,研究构建了一个多维、立体化、反思的,适用于高等农业院校的双语师资英语培训体系,即"英语知识及技能+双语教学理论知识及教学策略+行动研究"。研究结果表明:该培训体系的实施有利于培养双语教师的英语基本技能、专业英语能力和双语教学能力,有利于提升双语教师对双语教学过程、教育规律和学生学习需求的认识,有利于引导双语教师完成对被教育者发展的理解。
Based on the view of 'training' and 'development' and the theory of 'action research',a multi-dimensional,multi-level reflecting system suitable for bilingual teachers' English training in agricultural colleges and universities was studied and established,namely,'English knowledge and skill+bilingual teaching theory and strategy+action research'.The results showed that the implementation of the training system was beneficial to the cultivation of bilingual teachers' basic English skills,specialized English ability and bilingual teaching ability,to the improvement of their understanding of bilingual teaching process,education law and student-learning requirements and to the guidance of their comprehensive understanding of the development of the educates.
