钼高速钢辊环及其在热轧机上的应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF HIGH SPEED STEEL ROLL COLLAR CONTAINING MOLYBDENUM

针对常用合金铸铁辊环耐磨性低，而硬质合金辊环成本高，我们开发了耐磨性能优良的高速钢辊环，它具有生产工艺简单、生产成本低廉等特点，用于线材轧机预精轧段，使用寿命比合金铸铁辊环提高６ ～１０ 倍，接近硬质合金辊环的水平，值得广泛推广使用。

In accordance with the situation that usual alloy cast iron roll collar has low wear resistance and hard alloy roll collar has high production cost,a kind of high speed steel roll collar having high wear resistance has been developed.It is simple in production and has lower production cost than hard alloy roll collar.Using in the pre precision rolling machine group of high speed lines rolling mill,its service life is 6～10 times longer than alloy cast iron roll collar's and nears hard alloy roll collar's. It is worth using extensively.
