聚丙烯补片在手部关节脱位中的临床研究

目的研究聚丙烯补片在手部关节脱位的治疗及预后,加强关节稳定性,减少关节复位后关节再脱位的发生。方法对10例手部关节脱位病例进行分析,术中将脱位关节复位(2例患者予直径0.8 mm克氏针通过电钻斜穿固定),缝合残余关节囊组织,置入聚丙烯补片于关节囊外组织并缝合固定,并对随访结果进行回顾和分析。结果除1例下尺桡关节关节出现仍有半脱位情况外,余关节均未出现脱位情况。移植置入聚丙烯补片无出现异物反应。结论应用聚丙烯补片可以明显提高加强关节稳定性,减少关节复位后关节再脱位的发生,而且不破坏手部其它处结构,创伤小,操作简单,聚丙烯补片取材方便,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical research of polypropylene patch in the hands of the abarticulation therapy and prognosis, strengthen the joim stability, reduce joint redislocation opportunity. Methods To studied 10 cases of the abarticulation, dislocation of joint reset in the operation （2 cases inclined fixed to 0. 8 mm diameter gram needle through the drill）, sutusred organization of residual articular, placing polypropylene patch outside of the joint tissues and suture fixation, and the follow - up results reviewed and analyzed. Results Expect 1 cases of DRUJ was appearing subluxation, the others no appear more abarticulation, transplant polyprepylene patch without appear foreign body reaction. Conclusion Application of polypropylene patch can improve the strengthening joint stability, reduce joint redislocation, and don＇t destroy others structure of the hand, small trauma, simple operation, material of polyprepylene patch is convenient, it is worth of popularization.
