摘要 目的探讨高频彩超在肾脏定位中的临床应用价值。方法对30位需腹主动脉旁放疗的患者应用彩色多普勒超声行肾脏体表定位,从而制定肾脏挡铅野,观察放疗后疗效及肾脏放疗的副反应发生率。结果随诊2年,30例病无一例出现放射性肾损伤。结论高频彩超行肾脏定位具有临床实用价值。 Objective To access the clinical application of high - frequency color doppler ultrasonograph in position of kidney. Methods Required for 30 patients with para - aortic radiotherapy line renal color doppler ultrasound surface positioned to lead the development of renal block field to observe the effects after radiotherapy and renal incidence of side effects of radiotherapy. Results There was no radiated renal in all patients during the following 2 years after therpy. Conclusion High - frequency color doppler ultrasonograpy had definite value in position of kidney.
