摘要
由奥钢联工程技术公司(VAI)提供给芬兰罗德洛基钢铁公司的一台新单流板坯连铸机(6 号连铸机)于1997 年12月15 日在拉赫厂投产。这一项目和目前正在改造的另两台(4号和5 号)连铸机,构成了以逐步取代三台前苏联在60 年代末期提供的立式连铸机为内容的现代化改造规划的主体。这台铸机配备了DY-NAFLEX液压振动装置,可以在连铸过程中动态调节振动频率、振幅和波形;还配有由15 个SMART○R 扇形段组成的全动态铸流导向系统,借助可靠的液压驱动系统和在线过程控制,连铸机的辊缝以及板坯厚度在150~270 m m 的设计范围内可以随时改变。
A new single strand slab caster(CC No 6)supplied by VAI to Rautaruukki Oy at their Raahe Steel Works in Finland was started up on December 15,1997.This project,together with the current upgrading of two slab casters(CC No 4 and 5)at the same site,is part of an overall modernization program to eventually substitute three Russian supplied vertical machines (CC No 1 3)which were built in the late 1960s The caster is equipped with a hydraulic DYNAFLEX oscillator which allows for the dynamic adjustment of frequency,stroke and wave form during casting It is also equipped with a fully dynamic strand guide system consisting of 15 so called SMART ○R segments Using a robust hydraulic drive system and online process control,the roll gap of the caster and thus the slab thickness can be changed at any time within the designing range of 150~270 mm
