摘要
分析了利用库存设备，增建简易厚板精整线的必要性及技术上的可行性，提出了改造工艺方案。
The necessity and technical fensibility of building a simple plate finishing line by utilizing equipment in stock are analysed in this article.It puts forward a plan of process reformation and analyses the income from investment.
