摘要
以精料为基础,通过采取高风温、喷煤、高顶压、低硅冶炼、改进高炉操作等措施,湘钢1号高炉利用系数达到了2.021,入炉焦比降到485kg/t,一级品率达到68.02％,高炉生产达到了优质、高产、低耗的目的。
By adopting such measures as quality burden,high temperature,high top pressure,low silicon content and pulverized coal injection ,etc.The operation results of Xiangtan Steel No. 1 BF were attained as follows: productivity of 2.021 t/(m3·d),coke rate of 584 kg/t and hot metal quality rate of 68.02%.
