摘要
唐钢2 500m^3高炉设计中采用了皮带机上料、并罐式无料钟炉顶、炭砖-陶瓷杯复合炉底结构、霍戈文式高风温长寿热风炉、俄罗斯图拉法渣处理工艺、板壁结合的炉体冷却设备、软水密闭循环冷却水系统等先进技术。
In the design of 2 560 m3 BF,a few new technics are adopted,such as belt charging,bell-less top with two parallel hoppers, Tula slag granulation. carbon brick-ceramic cup bottom, Hoogovens high temperature blast stove,closed loop soft water cooling system,cooling plate with cooling stave,etc.
