汽车内饰用纺织品检测技术的标准化

Standardization of Testing Methods for Automotive Textile Interior

目前各大汽车制造商均按自己的标准进行汽车内饰面料的检测和评估。虽然在测试内容上相仿,但测试设备、条件、方法和参照指标存在一定的差异。本文通过车用内饰纺织品的主要检测项目和国内外现行的车用内饰纺织材料主要性能试验方法标准的介绍,期待能为整车厂和内饰纺织品生产商提供一些借鉴和参考,同时也期望我国尽快建立完善的、适应性较强的车用内饰纺织材料及其检测的标准化体系。

Major automakers follow their in-house standards to finish the testing and appraisal of interior textiles used in their vehicles. Those testing standards are much alike, but certain disparities exist in the aspect of testing equipment, relative conditions, methods and reference indicators. Primary testing items and performance testing standards for automotive textiles carried out by vehicle companies at home and abroad are well introduced in this paper for the benefit and reference of interior textiles suppliers. Hopefully, China could fasten her pace on the way to build a systematic and conclusive testing system for interior textiles.
